We’ve kept this simple, because we’d rather you spend your energy looking forward to the session than reading fine print. Here’s exactly where you stand.

Booking and payment

Your seat is confirmed once payment comes through via UPI. The price you see is the price you pay, it already includes all applicable taxes. Nothing extra gets added once you’re at checkout.

What's included

All kintsugi materials, including the plate you'll break and repair
Guided facilitation through the full 2.5-hour experience
Light refreshments on the day
A seat at the table with founders and like-minded people, real conversation, not networking-event small talk
The finished piece you make, yours to take home

What's not included

We get it, life happens. If you cancel 10 or more days before the session, you’ll get a full refund.

Within 10 days of the session, we’re not able to offer a refund, since we’ve already committed to the venue and your materials by that point. You’re still very welcome to pass your seat on to a friend instead, just let us know their name in advance so we can update our list.

If you simply don’t show up on the day without letting us know, the same applies, no refund, but we know that feels firm. With only 12 seats, a no-show is a seat someone else didn’t get to take.

If we need to cancel or reschedule

Every seat matters to us, this experience is built around a small, honest circle, and it genuinely doesn’t work the same way with too few people in the room. If registrations fall below 7 in the days leading up to the session, we may need to postpone.

If that happens, it’s entirely your call: a full refund, no questions asked, or a seat at the next date we run, on us.
